Papargyriou Blanc ist der beliebteste Wein des Weinguts Papargyriou, eine Cuvée aus Moschoudi und Assyrtiko. Moschoudi, eine kleinbeerige Rebsorte aus Moschato Rio Patras, wird hier mit dem kräftigen Assyrtiko kombiniert. Beide Rebsorten wachsen in unserem Bergweinberg in Sofiana, Korinthia, auf einer Höhe von 850 Metern. Diese einzigartige Cuvée ergibt einen Wein, der sich durch sein reichhaltiges Aroma in Nase und Gaumen sowie seinen angenehmen Abgang auszeichnet. Papargyriou Blanc harmoniert hervorragend mit Obst, Salaten, hellem Fleisch, Fisch und Meeresfrüchten und wird gekühlt bei 9–11 °C serviert.
