Kali-imera is the online shop of Ynognosia – and at the same time an invitation to experience Greece with all your senses. Our name has deep origins: It is composed of the Greek words "Ynos" (wine) and "Gnosis" (knowledge) . It stands for the knowledge of origin, tradition, and feeling – for the realization that true enjoyment arises from love, experience, and respect for nature and humanity.

Our story begins with a memory. With the sparkle of the sea in the sunlight, the sweet scent of ripe grapes, the golden honey fragrant with thyme and pine. With the warm light that bathes olive groves – and with the longing not only to preserve this magic for ourselves, but to share it. From this longing, Ynognosia was born – from the desire for authenticity, for genuine flavor, for a feeling of home.

Since our founding in 2019 by Christos Chatziavramidis, we have been building a bridge between Greece and Switzerland. With dedication, we import select Greek wines, honey, and extra virgin olive oil – always in compliance with Swiss legislation and unaltered in their purity. Everything we offer is carefully chosen and embodies the character of a land that has cultivated, harvested, and refined its produce with passion for millennia.
