Anbaugebiet/Weinberg
Hadriani – Region Drama, Nordostmazedonien. 2 Hektar private, linear angelegte Weinberge
auf einer Höhe von 200–300 Metern. Lehmboden mit guter Drainage dank kleiner Kalksteine. Ertrag pro Hektar: 800–900 kg.

Die Lese erfolgt nachts, damit die Trauben kühl und nicht heiß wie bei der Lese tagsüber im Weingut ankommen. So können sie deutlich schneller und ohne Temperaturschock für die Kryoextraktion vor der Gärung gekühlt werden.

Aromen von Zitrusfrüchten, Melone und exotischen Früchten (Mango, Ananas) in einer überraschenden Kombination. Am Gaumen vollmundig mit einer sehr ausgewogenen Säure, aromatischem Potenzial und einem kühlen Nachhall.
