Hadriani – Geografisches Gebiet Drama, Nordostmakedonien, 5 Hektar private, linear angelegte Weinberge in 200–300 m Höhe. Lehmboden mit guter Drainage dank kleiner Kalksteine. Ertrag: 900–1000 kg pro Hektar.

Die Lese erfolgt nachts, damit die Trauben kühl und nicht heiß wie bei der Tageslese im Weingut ankommen. So können sie deutlich schneller und ohne Temperaturschock für die Kryoextraktion vor der Gärung abgekühlt werden.
