Anbaugebiet/Weinberg
Hadriani – Region Drama, Nordostmazedonien. 3,5 Hektar private, linear angelegte Weinberge in 200–300 m Höhe. Gut durchlässiger Lehmboden dank kleiner Kalksteine. Ertrag: 800–900 kg/ha.

Die Lese erfolgt nachts, damit die Trauben kühl und nicht heiß wie bei der Tageslese im Weingut ankommen. So werden sie deutlich schneller und ohne Temperaturschock für die Kryoextraktion vor der Gärung gekühlt.

Geschmacksmerkmale
Leuchtend gelbgrüne Farbe, dynamisches, aromatisches Fruchtaroma mit Anklängen von Orangenblüte. Dominante Aromen von Melone, Pfirsich, Orange, Ananas und Aprikose. Vollmundig, ölig und mit angenehmer Säure. Ausgezeichnete Geschmacksbalance mit langem Nachhall.

Salate, Risotto oder Pasta mit Meeresfrüchten, gegrillter Fisch und Hähnchen mit weißen Saucen, gegrilltes Wild, Gemüsepasteten, Obst und gelber Käse. Serviertemperatur: 8–10 °C.
