Description

Hadriani – Geographical area of Drama, Northeast Macedonia. 1 hectare of private, linear vineyard – THE TREE – Pinot Noir and 0.4 hectares of private, linear vineyard Agiorgitiko at an altitude of 200–300 m. Clay soil with good drainage thanks to small limestones.

Yield: 450 kg per hectare, achieved with the "Green Grape" grape variety. Some of the grapes are harvested unripe to allow the remaining ones to ripen optimally.

The harvest takes place at night to ensure the grapes arrive at the winery cool, unlike the heat experienced during daytime harvesting. This allows them to cool much faster and without temperature shock for cryo-extraction before fermentation.
